Service fees and availability are classified as "standard" when scheduled to occur during normal business hours, and within a 50 mile radius of service locations.

T and D technicians are available for service calls on standard weekdays, Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m.

Technicians are also available for service calls on holidays and Sundays, or in locations outside the 50 mile radius, at premium rates, to be negotiated at the time service is discussed.
